Starfy is 7 years old and is a relatively easy-going, friendly character to get along with. He is a star who lives in Pufftop Palace. Starfy can speak, but is often portrayed as being abel to say "Fee!".
Starly is the sister of Starfy. She is pink and wears a pink-red ribbon on her head. She is energetic and brave, and always pushes Starfy and Moe to their limits. Starly can be pretty rude and get over sad things faster then her brother.
Moe is a clam and Starfy's best friend. Moe is easliy angered, loud mouthed, and rude, although he has a soft spot for Ruby. When Moe is around Ruby, he becomes rather shy and extreamly polite.
Bunston is a blue bunny who fell through Starfy's roof. There is not much to say about Bunston except that he is a nice bunny who lost his memory falling through Starfy's roof, and that he is the Prince of planet Bunera.
Ruby is Starfy's friend and Moe's main love interest. She is a pink zebra turkeyfish who always seems cheerful and enjoys putting on many fashionable clothes. She lives in a cute house located within coral.
Snips is the leader of the Paper-cut-crushers (in Japan know as the Dire Pirate Squad). She is the tallest member of the group and always wears a tight blue full body suit that cover most of her body except her shoulders and arms. However her arms and hands are coverd with white gloves. She fights Starfy with bombs & force feilds.
Ronk is the muscle of the group. He is very stout in appearance and has fangs and massive forearms, he also makes animalistic roars when irritated. Ronk has green hair and wears purple overalls. He fights with his fists and water is his weakness.
Papes is the shortest and least brightest of the group. He makes most of the plans, but they end in failure most of the time. Papes is pink and wears a pair of green tights, he also has blue hair wich he keeps in a straight up tail. He fights with a sheild and barges into you with it.
